Goat Yoga - Duo/Partnered Yoga

  • It is a mind-body practice that focuses on your physical, emotional, and mental health.

The practice uses movement, mindfulness, meditation, relaxation , breathing exercises & visualisation to help you relax & relieve stress.

How does Partnered Goat Yoga Work ?

Sessions take place on a farm in an outdoor setting in a partnered style.

Yoga is traditionally a solitary practice yet in our day to day life we find ourselves in relationships with many humans.

Practising yoga with another person whether it is. Friend, parent or lover fosters & embraces deep levels of connection , communication, trust and vulnerability. Two people help and guide each other through the poses.

This practice creates rooms for letting go and helps people not to take thing’s seriously, but rather have fun amidst challenges.

Once the practice begins the goat’s freely roam around participants, sometimes joining them on the mat’s. Their presence is meant to bring joy and laughter. The goat’s unpredictable behaviour adds an element of surprise & excitement to the session.

Post yoga is a cuddle session that increases oxytocin levels and leaves you feeling connected and overflowing with joy.
